Cancellation / Refund Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 9811013557.
Note - Giftire reserves the right not to cancel orders already in dispatched or delivered. Express Delivery orders are processed immediately, and hence cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy for Courier Items
Items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Please send the picture of the items to email@example.com within 6 hours of delivery. The company will either refund the amount for the damaged goods or send a new product to the receiver. The refund would be processed within 24-48 hours and will be reflected in your account in 4-5 working days.
1. In case the customer is not happy with the products delivered, the customer needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the picture of the product delivered and valid reason for complaint. Without the picture of the product delivered, no complaint will be entertained.
2. Giftire retains the right to reject any compensation complain as per its terms and conditions.
3. Compensation to customers could be in terms of refund (maximum upto 100% of order value), or through discount coupons valid on our website. The discretion to give refund or issue discount coupons solely lies with Giftire.
1. Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
2. It might take upto 7 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer's account (paytm or bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.
The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
Gitire reserves the right to modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
